Experience The Happiness And Harmony Of life With A Positive Outlook


Different events of life when interpreted by our programmed mind as threatening, fearful or unpleasant, it sends message like anxiety and tension to our sensory nerve cells and when such experiences become chronic then the normal state of our mind and body gradually start withering giving place to a psychosomatic illness. The normal state of our mind and body loses its state of equilibrium. Negative emotional states such as depression, bitterness, fear, anger, hate, envy, jealousy and resentment dominate the mind in such way that there is no room for any clarity. It is our own sense organ that analyzes and evaluates every event that we perceive as something that will protect or endanger our security, self-worth and / or freedom or sometime neutral.

Our choices, thoughts, actions and reactions of the past create corresponding results in our present life and psychosomatic state leading improper diet and sleep. Often it has been seen that our present positive and negative conscious and subconscious beliefs, desires, needs, expectations and emotions such as fear, guilt, shame, love, peace and anger are perhaps the greatest cause of our past reality. We forget that we are blessed with inner power and resourcefulness to deal with whatever life brings us. We are free to live our lives according to our own inner ideals and goals. “Man is the architect of his own fate”, so why not avail the opportunity that we are blessed with to change our world with positive life outlook. We must remember that our life purpose is to individually and collectively transform our reality into a more enlightened and loving one.

Every changes that we implement in our life depends on how we transform our attitudes, beliefs or perceptions, which prevent us from experiencing good health, happiness and harmony. Positive life-building attitudes ones replace negative, life-destroying attitudes. This could be accomplished if we stop blaming others for any mishap in our life and start thinking that we are responsible for our own plight and misfortune through our ways of thinking, behaving, eating, sleeping, living and interacting. If we can take the credit of any good events in our life and become selfish by not sharing the credit with someone else then why do we blame others for our mishap?

Grow the habit of learning certain lessons at each stage of your evolutionary process. Learn to increase your self-confidence, self-acceptance, forgiveness and unconditional love. We know that we cannot change our past but we can change our present, which will allow us to attract more positive behaviors, events and situations toward our being improving our perception towards our life more positively so that in times of odd we feel secure, worthy and free to be our selves.
